Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Design Researcher:B2B contractorFully remote200 Daily rateObjective: Define and drive the product strategy and MVP scope for an internal decision-support tool leveraging scientific research and data models for climate security planning. Responsibilities: • Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on user research and organizational priorities. • Translate user insights into product strategy and a prioritized feature backlog. • Collaborate with Design, Research, and Engineering teams to ensure user needs and technical feasibility are balanced. • Lead cross-functional meetings, aligning diverse stakeholders toward product goals. Profiel • Minimum 8 years in product management, preferably in complex or data-driven domains • Define MVP scope and maintain alignment with project goals and CMRE expectations. • Develop high-level user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development phases.Deliverables: • Product vision and strategy document • MVP definition and scoping document • Prioritized product backlog with user stories • Roadmap overview • Stakeholder engagement summary • Weekly progress/status reports Required Experience & Qualifications: • Strong grasp of agile and design thinking methodologies • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve competing priorities• Experience working on internal enterprise tools is preferred
