Compensation: ₹18 – 24 LPA (CTC, depending on experience & role fit)About UsAt Livo.ai, we’re reimagining how the world diagnoses diseases that rely on microscopy — from routine blood smears to complex pathology.We build digital pathology & hematology platforms that fuse precision optics, mechatronics, and AI into powerful instruments that help pathologists see and decide faster, with more confidence.Our mission: to make high-end diagnostic capability accessible to every laboratory, everywhere.After years of deep R&D, we now have a complete in-house ecosystem — from ultra-precise optical and mechanical assemblies to AI-driven image analysis pipelines — ready for scaling into production.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead who can own our digital pathology product end-to-end — hardware, software, and AI.You’ll translate clinical insight into product direction, align engineering and manufacturing, and ensure each release meets both clinical value and engineering excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role — strategic enough to define the roadmap, and operational enough to make sure it ships beautifully and on time.What You’ll Do • Lead the full product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration. • Convert pathologist workflows into features that feel intuitive and clinically useful. • Manage delivery across mechanical, optical, firmware, AI, and UI/UX teams. • Coordinate daily execution — tracking progress, clearing blockers, and maintaining clarity. • Engage with major stakeholders: investors, clinical collaborators, and key accounts. • Represent the company at industry conferences and demos, communicating product value and roadmap with confidence. • Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance and documentation readiness. • Review field feedback and pilot data to continuously refine performance and usability.What You Need to Know • Deep understanding of product management frameworks, from requirements gathering to agile delivery. • Familiarity with medical-device development standards — ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA 510(k), or CE IVDR. • Comfort managing risk files, validation testing, and design documentation. • Awareness of intellectual property and patent processes to help secure our innovations. • Confidence in stakeholder presentations, clinical discussions, and large-account demo/interactions. • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineers, designers, and clinicians.What We’re Looking For • 7–10 years of experience managing complex hardware-software products, ideally in med-tech or imaging. • Proven record of delivering products under tight, high-impact timelines. • Systems-level understanding — how optics, mechanics, AI, and UI converge into a cohesive product. • Excellent communication and presence — equally effective in a design review or a global conference. • Ownership mindset, resourceful, driven by impact and an attitude of “whatever it takes”Culture & EnvironmentWe’re an engineering-first, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and accountability.Our R&D facility is fully equipped — from High precision 4-axis & 5-axis Speedio CNCs to Formlabs 4L industrial printers — enabling us to iterate prototypes and execute production-grade parts with unmatched speed and precision.If you want to build something that genuinely moves healthcare forward — and do it alongside people obsessed with getting every detail right — you’ll thrive here.Salary: Important notePlease send a short note on the following to careers@livo.ai with the subject “Product Manager – Livo.ai”. 1.
