Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who’s ready to lead and own a key growth area at Media Force.You’ll own one of Media Force’s most impactful product portfolios and shape how we build, measure, and scale growth-driven initiatives. This is an opportunity to be both strategic and hands-on — building structure, driving measurable results, and influencing the company’s trajectory at scale.This is a foundational role in scaling some of our most important, ROI-driven initiatives — including funnels, growth products, and new incubation efforts across our global business. You’ll help define how these products are prioritized, delivered, measured, and continuously improved. You’ll work closely with senior leadership while driving day-to-day execution and ensuring real business impact.About Media Force:Founded in 2007, Media Force is a group of ad-tech and product experts operating a private marketplace with global scale and reach. We specialize in mobile app installs, lead generation, e-commerce, content monetization, and performance optimization. Our product team spans Israel, the US, and Brazil. This role requires availability during evening hours to maintain overlap with our global teams.Job Requirements4–8 years as a Product Manager in AdTech, Martech, or performance-driven environments.Experience in funnel development, lead generation, or content-focused products is a strong plus.Execution-driven — organized, structured, and strong at follow-through.ROI-focused — comfortable thinking in numbers and performance metrics (CTR, funnel analysis, conversion behavior, ROI).Comfortable working with engineering on technical concepts (APIs, data flows,integrations) and able to translate them into product impact.Strong communicator across technical, commercial, and executive groups.Ownership mindset — proactive, independent, and confident working across time zones.Collaborative but firm — able to prioritize effectively and drive accountability.Job ResponsibilitiesLead  and own the product roadmap — driving initiatives across funnels, vertical solutions, and new incubation projects.Translate business goals into structured product priorities, milestones, and measurable success metrics.Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to align priorities, quality, and delivery.Bring structure, predictability, and visibility to execution — ensuring teams move with clarity and purpose.Drive ROI-focused decision-making — defining and tracking KPIs and business outcomes.Act as a central communicator across distributed teams — managing dependencies and ensuring alignment.Job BenefitsWho we are:At MediaForce, we’re a team that thrives on collaboration, trust, and mutual support.
