You will collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and plan product execution.You will define the vision for advancing product security and compliance in collaboration with teams across the organization and build a strategy and roadmap for pursuing that.You will influence and lead virtual teams across the organization to deliver on the roadmap, drive execution, track progress, and lead stakeholder reviews.You will research customer / partner scenarios and industry trends, listen and understand customer requirements, and translate them into viable product roadmaps, strategy, and motions.You will drive end to end product development including new ideas, product specification, product quality, security compliance, release criteria, user experience, go to market plan and growth initiatives.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ year(s) experience providing technical depth and serving as a key contributor to defining, designing, shipping, and operating large-scale products and services.Other RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program managementOR software developmentOR equivalent experience.1+ year(s) experience working on security and privacy compliance, release criteria, or other governance processes as part of software developmentIncludes experience applying software engineering principles, system design, quality, and securityKnowledge of on-premises storage systems or storage reliability is a plus; familiarity with storage technologies, file systems, distributed systems, and virtualization technologies.3+ year(s) experience demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with virtual teams through ambiguityIncludes experience leading and motivating teams, collaborating effectively, and maintaining customer focus with end-to-end thinking across product areasAbility to identify opportunities, explore innovative solutions, and apply critical thinking to break down ambiguous problems; strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
