About The RoleWe are seeking a savvy and analytical Senior Online Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the online ecommerce platform. You will collaborate closely with executive teams in Japan and abroad (including Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and India) to lead the product roadmap and deployment of our online (web and app) properties. Reporting to the Global Head of Online, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and shaping our company's growth trajectory across all markets.Native or fluent in both Japanese (N1) and English is a must. What your responsibilities will beWork closely with the Japan and global leadership team as well as the Group’s strategy team to identify development opportunities for online properties, evaluate business performance, and drive key strategic initiativesConduct thorough analysis and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingLead product expansion efforts and oversee the launch of new online products and services.Partner with the IT and DX teams in Japan and abroad to create development roadmaps, prioritize the initiatives, manage the deployment of the product, and measure the success of the productWork with the marketing team to ensure successful product deployment and customer adoption of online products/services.Collaborate with local retail teams to ensure product alignment with their needs and raise awareness of new developments.Drive cross-functional projects and manage a project from ideation to deployment across multiple time zonesDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Who we are looking forMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, system integrations, business strategy or strategic planningMust have experience in product managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong commercial acumen. Deep data analysis and building insights capabilitiesProven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detailStrong project management and stakeholder influencing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesNative or fluent in both Japanese and English is a must Preferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience in ecommerce, retail, or fashion sector preferredProject Management certifications
