Senior Product Manager

Stay close to merchants, observe their challenges, and turn insights into actionShip scalable, reliable, merchant-loved products that make a clear difference in growth and efficiencyCoach PMs to think sharply, execute with discipline, and stay close to real users and real dataBalance speed with precision. Know when to sprint and when to pause to refine and sweat the detailsCollaborate beyond your scope. Step into challenges that move Salla forward, not just your own roadmapCommunicate openly. Explain trade-offs, share reasoning, and bring context to every conversationRequirements5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with a proven record of shipping meaningful productsYou think strategically and act analytically.
