In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of key product areas — from shaping product strategy and roadmap to execution and continuous iteration.This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of product management experience, who are looking to deepen their product leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own product strategy and roadmap for one or more product areasTranslate user and business needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritised feature setsCollaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product solutionsConduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to inform product decisionsDrive product discovery and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate ideasManage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goalsMonitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and insightsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders across levels, aligning expectations and timelinesChampion user-centric thinking and advocate for product excellence across the organisationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a recognised institution3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environmentsProven track record of delivering successful digital productsStrong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across functionsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
