This includes leading the discovery, vision, and delivery of an intelligent Care Plan Assistant, as well as future clinical bricks that automate documentation, augment health professionals with AI-powered tools, and enable unprecedented levels of personalized, continuous, and accurate care.Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in cross-functional teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, medical excellence, and business teams.Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLead the discovery, vision, and delivery of new clinical bricks within Doctolib's Clinical OSTransform our existing treatment plan capabilities to enable rapid market expansionImmerse yourself in clinical workflows by spending significant time with users (e.g., physicians, nurses, assistants) in real-world care environments to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for impactDefine and communicate product strategy and roadmap for your scope, in partnership with senior product, engineering, and medical leadersCollaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders (product, engineering, design, medical, regulatory, data/AI) to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutionsEstablish and track success metrics that demonstrate measurable improvements in clinical workflows and patient care across your scopeAbout Our Product EnvironmentOur clinical software revolutionizes how health professionals provide care by automating documentation and data sharing tasks while augmenting them with AI clinical assistants. Our ambition is to grow from 45M€ to 300M€ ARR by launching revolutionary AI clinical assistants that change how health professionals provide care.Who You AreBefore you read on, if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.You have at least 6+ years of product management experience in multi-product organizations, delivering world-class, deeply technical software products for diverse users - ideally in regulated B2B productsYou have significant ownership of clinical or workflow products, with a strong track record in user research, vision-setting, and working closely with healthcare professionalsYou practice best-in-class product methods: deep customer understanding, sharp problem framing, clear prioritization, iterative delivery, and continuous optimizationYou’re data-fluent: you define success metrics, instrument products, run experiments, and make evidence-based decisions to de-risk bets and accelerate learningYou have stellar communication skills and collaborate exceptionally well with Engineering, Design, and Data.
