Trusted by banks and payment providers worldwide, this organization combines traditional rules with explainable AI to detect financial crime more effectively while improving efficiency and reducing false positives.About The RoleThe ideal candidate will have deep experience in big data analytics and reporting for complex structured and unstructured data sets combined with a strong understanding of how to transform data into impactful business solutions that are suitable for the banking industry.They will act as the cornerstone when it comes to translating between our customers, customer-facing teams as well as internal stakeholders and the development organization and should bring their passion for the customer to advocate conversion while maximizing market success as measured in ARR.ResponsibilitiesBuild and refine the Company's product vision and strategy for Data Analytics & Reporting module, which will aggregate data across entire platform to enable analysis and actionable insightsDefine roadmap and prioritise planning in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and CustomersWork together with data engineers to produce market-leading functionality that meets Compliance requirements, high usability standards, and uncompromised qualityArticulate product updates to end users, including customers and customer-facing teamsMonitor and analyse delivered features/functions and optimise where neededWhat We Are Looking ForExtensive experience in product ownership or management, including full life-cycle development of data-related productsExperience with big data / data analytics, involving complex structured and unstructured data sets, preferably in banking or financial servicesExperience with financial risk or AML related products am advantage but not essentialAbility to analyse large sets of data using tools such as Databricks or SQL and advantageDemonstrated problem-solving skills, the willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAbility to quickly grasp and explain technological and business conceptsIndependent decisive self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and balance multiple priorities with minimal directionOutstanding communication, presentation, organization, and time management skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environmentFluent English speaker.
