You’ll feel the difference.”Senior Product Owner (Full Ownership & Leadership)We are looking for an experienced product leader who will take full ownership of a portfolio reaching more than 70 million users. This role requires complete responsibility for turning strategic direction into scalable, high-quality mobile applications.As Senior Product Owner, you will guide the company’s product growth by leading two or more dedicated product teams and establishing the processes needed to consistently deliver up to seven high-quality mobile apps each month. The position requires strong expertise across the entire product lifecycle—from market validation and accurate planning to mentoring junior Product Owners and ensuring reliable, high-standard execution.What You'll Do✅ Full Product Ownership & Strategy: Act as the de facto CEO of a high-impact product portfolio serving 70+ million users. Transform top-level vision into clear, scalable product strategies driven by market research, competitor analysis, and technical feasibility insights.✅ End-to-End Product Execution: Manage and prioritize the complete product roadmap. Translate concepts into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that ensure flawless delivery.✅ Leadership & Team Management: Lead two or more dedicated product teams (Design, Development, QA), effectively delegating tasks and driving coordinated execution across multiple mobile applications.✅ Mentorship & Guidance: Support and develop two junior Product Owners by providing direction on research, prioritization, planning, and effective team leadership.✅ Product Performance & Optimization: Own the quality, performance, and outcomes of every product. Track and analyze key metrics (retention, engagement, monetization) to drive continual improvement and data-backed iterations.✅ Scalable Delivery: Architect and optimize processes that enable the organization to consistently launch up to 7 high-quality mobile apps per month.Preferable Background ✅ Experience: 7+ years in Product Ownership / Product Management within consumer mobile app development, preferably in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.✅ Leadership: Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams (10+ people) and coach Product Owners while owning product success from ideation to post-launch optimization.✅ Expertise: Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, ASO fundamentals, and highly accurate development estimation. Deep understanding of iOS/Android ecosystems and mobile growth metrics.✅ Language Skills: English level B2+.✅ Key Traits: Highly responsible, proactive, organized, and driven by full ownership and accountability.
