DP Eurasia is the fifth largest franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza brand owned by Domino’s Pizza, Inc.The Group offers pizza delivery and takeaway/ eat-in facilities at its 671 stores (655 in Turkey, 10 in Azerbaijan and 6 in Georgia) as of 31 December 2022. In addition to its pizza delivery business, the Group also has its own coffee brand, COFFY, which trades from 70 stores.Founded in 1996 by our Chief Executive Officer, Aslan Saranga, the Group first became the master franchisee of the Domino’s Pizza system in Turkey, expanding rapidly, resulting in its 100th store opening in Istanbul in 2008. In 2015, the Group opened its first franchised stores in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The Group today is the largest pizza delivery company in Turkey.With the new coffee brand, COFFY, the Group has created a new model in Turkey by offering all types of coffee at a single price. As COFFY grows, we have started to reach our customers through diff erent mediums. As of 2022, COFFY has three different concepts: large stores (cafe format), corner stores (takeaway format) and kiosks. With COFFY, the Group has not only created a unique Turkish brand with prices, quality, and fl avours, but also with the strength of technological base. The Group has continued to develop digital tools at COFFY with the highly innovative order tracking screens that enhance customers’ comfort while they wait for their order. COFFY App stands out with its “Get it without waiting” feature, which saves time and eliminates waiting in line for coffee.Job Description:As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a critical role in managing the product roadmap and leading the product development processes. By adopting a user-centric approach, you will develop efficient and effective product solutions and work alongside your team to deliver impactful projects aligned with strategic objectives.Responsibilities:Develop the product vision and strategy, prioritize backlog, and define the product roadmap.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (technical teams, marketing, sales, customer support) to guide product development processes.Implement product improvements based on user feedback, benchmark and analytical data.Coordinate design, development, and testing phases to ensure smooth product development.Define success metrics and performance indicators to ensure product goals are achieved.Provide support for the product team’s growth and development.Stay up-to-date with product trends and integrate innovative industry approaches into the team.Identify challenges throughout the product lifecycle and propose actionable solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).At least 4 years of experience in product management, particularly within online platforms or e-commerce.Strong understanding of product managementAbility to think user-centric and develop innovative solutions.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate internally and externally.Good to Know:A solid understanding of product trends, product gap analysis, win/loss analysis, benchmark analysis will elevate your candidacy.Technical understanding for online platforms will set you apart.
