Sr. Product Owner/Product ManagerGorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Product Owner with Product Management Knowledge to work as a member of an Agile team responsible for discovering, planning, monitoring, and delivering Business and Product requirements. This is a highly critical role, requiring extensive experience managing Agile projects in a fast-paced environment. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates and external teams, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.Responsibilities Making sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and strategy. Support business ideation and needs by creating BRDs and submit them to approval.Execute discovery tasks with either cross-functional teams or final users to document business requirements. Translate and deepen BRDs into PRDs. Create and update roadmaps and backlogs to support approved PRDs. Lead and Support SWE teams through business knowledge to achieve and deliver Product Expected Requirements. Create and update Product Metric KPI to measure requirements success. Create and execute GTM strategies when needed.Document Postmortem and risks diagnosis for issues’s root causes.Technical Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a software development environment. Expert knowledge of agile project management methodologies such as Jira, Azure, and other technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders in a business environment. Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to understand technical issues at a high level. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Nice to haveAbility to read and write SQL queries preferable.UML Knowledge.Software Design and architectural knowledge.
