Senior Product Specialist - SAP Arriba

This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone with strong tool and process expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to continuously improve how we work.You’ll be the go-to person for one or more of our procurement tools (such as HeiKey / Zycus iSupplier), helping to manage day-to-day operations, enabling best-in-class support to our OpCos, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement tools and processes.Your Responsibilities Would Includeacting as a subject matter expert for one or more Procurement tools used across the HEINEKEN networkproviding business support to OpCos on tool-related queries and escalating issues when neededdriving the implementation of enhancements, change requests (CRs), and new functionalitiescollaborating with Capability Owners, Deployment Specialists, and D&T to ensure tool performance and business continuitydelivering user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and business validation for tool updatesfacilitating training sessions and maintaining up-to-date documentation and materialsmonitoring system compliance with HEINEKEN policies, data management standards, and global governanceidentifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to cross-platform integrationparticipating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviewsacting as a key point of contact for escalations from OpCos and internal stakeholders.You're a Good Candidate If You Havea Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Procurement, or a related field4–6 years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement platforms, or tool support (preferably with SAP Arriba, Zycus iContract and/or Ironclad)a solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (StP) processes and procurement operationsexperience working in or with Operating Companies (OpCos), Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS)a proven track record of supporting global platforms and cross-functional teamsexcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and D&T stakeholdersa passion for process improvement and ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsfamiliarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working (a plus)fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
