We’re expanding our team and are looking for a high-performing Senior Product Specialist to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and champion our product portfolio in the market.🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. • Conduct effective product detailing, scientific presentations, and therapeutic discussions. • Identify new business opportunities and drive account penetration strategies. • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the marketing team. • Support product launches, CMEs, RTDs, workshops, and other scientific activities. • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, listings, and customer requirements. • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates. • Mentor junior reps where required and demonstrate leadership in the field.🔹 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical / medical sales. • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to engage HCPs confidently. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently. • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport.🔹 What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Attractive benefits package • Career development and training opportunities • Supportive, collaborative team environment • Opportunity to represent a fast-growing portfolio with strong market potential
