You’ll work with an awesome team of passionate and supportive leaders who champion the work to bring the world's brightest people to Intuit and help drive Intuit’s goal of Powering Prosperity.What you'll bring5+ Years of end-to-end full desk Recruiting experienceProven success in full cycle high-volume recruitment, utilizing effective account management skillsDesire and capability to partner with other professionals across the entire organization to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openingsExperience creating customized recruiting strategies – not one size fits allDemonstrated ability to leverage data to drive decisions and tell a compelling recruiting storyStrong track-record of filling requisitions in a timely manner with quality hiresExperience delivering quality, diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusionDeep customer obsession for delivering delightful end-to-end candidate experiencesProficient use of tools and technology to develop pipelines, communities, and networksExperience providing the appropriate level of influence, guidance, consultation and education to hiring managers on hiring process and best practicesInformed and connected to external factors and market conditions that impact our ability to attract quality hiresBA/BS or equivalent experienceWe expect the candidate that will fill this position would have 5+ years of professional recruiting experience How you will leadDevelops plans for recruiting candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to select candidates while maintaining a low cost per hireResearches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignmentRecruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employeesServe as a strategic business partner for hiring managers regarding recruiting plans and practices that support the goals and direction of the organizationIntuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position IsBay Area California $122,500 - 166,000Southern California $120,000 - 162,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
