Program Manager – Mega Projects (Defense & Transportation)Bynet Integrated Projects specializes in initiating, planning, managing, and executing mega projects in the ICT domain, with national significance. Our projects span defense, transportation, smart campuses, and more.Role Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary ICT projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, partners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of program management across commercial, technological, and project aspectsDefine program goals and execution strategyManage project teams, client relations, partners, and subcontractorsOversee project budgets, progress tracking, and risk managementEnsure program quality standardsReport program progress and risks to senior management and the CEORequirements:Proven experience in a similar role or leading a business unit with multi-million-dollar budgets (tens of millions per year)Experience managing mega projects of significant scaleAbility to work with senior stakeholders: building partnerships, leading negotiationsStrong technical understandingExperience working in a matrix organization with multiple interfacesFluent in English (high level)Join us to lead projects that impact national infrastructure and work with top professionals in the field.
