Role SummaryThe Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional programs that integrate technical, operational, and digital workstreams. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and flawless execution across multiple teams while maintaining high visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes.The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep experience orchestrating complex, multi-team initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary programs spanning marketing, digital production, operations, and technical workstreams.Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics across multiple teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives, functional teams, and execution requirements.Track progress across concurrent workstreams and drive resolution of blockers to maintain delivery momentum.Maintain a structured governance model including program documentation, progress reports, milestones, and risk registers.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with internal teams—such as Marketing, Product, Web, Engineering, Design, and Operations—to ensure seamless coordination and execution.Facilitate effective communication between teams, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable updates.Establish workflows and processes that improve program predictability, quality, and scalability.Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing visibility into program health, challenges, and opportunities.Stakeholder ManagementEngage internal stakeholders at multiple levels, aligning expectations, managing priorities, and ensuring transparency throughout the program lifecycle.Interface with clients as needed to provide program updates, clarify requirements, or support account teams in preparing presentations and briefings.Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, reliability, and consistent delivery.Operational ExcellenceDevelop, refine, and document program management processes that enable efficiency and consistency across teams.Conduct data-driven analysis of program performance to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and optimization strategies.Support roadmap planning, resource forecasting, and long-term program prioritization efforts.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations roles within digital, marketing, or technology-driven environments.Proven success leading hybrid programs that span both technical and non-technical teams.Strong understanding of digital production workflows, marketing operations, or technology delivery methodologies.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Workfront, Airtable, or similar program management platforms.Strong analytical mindset with experience generating insights from operational or performance data.Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), capable of participating in internal meetings and occasional client-facing interactions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.Role ExpectationsOperate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership across complex programs.Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining structure and clarity.Foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams and working styles.Provide strategic insight and rigorous follow-through in equal measure.Represent the program with professionalism in internal and external communications.
