Senior Program Manager, Transformation & MigrationDuration: 06+ months (Contract with potential extension)San Jose, CA (Hybrid work schedule - 3 days onsite)The Program Manager will lead complex transformation and large-scale migration initiatives as enterprise customers transition to modern cloud platforms. As part of this globally respected team, the Program Manager will collaborate with top industry professionals and leverage cutting-edge cloud technologies to deliver meaningful, business-impacting results for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine program objectives, success criteria, and governance frameworks.Lead complex, multi-phase transformation and migration initiatives involving hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud environments.Coordinate architects and consulting resources across multiple workstreams.Develop detailed project plans with dependencies, timelines, and milestones; track progress and manage changes.Oversee risk, issue, and budget management to ensure successful delivery.Lead customer-facing status meetings; manage expectations and escalate risks when necessary.Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and performance updates.Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and ensure comprehensive documentation.Collaborate with global PM teams to improve delivery processes and PM efficiency.Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.What You Bring8+ years of experience managing complex transformation or migration programs.Strong background in hardware, software, infrastructure, cloud platforms, or integrations.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.Proven customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level communication.Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project planning tools.Experience with change management in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Ability to manage multiple programs or clients simultaneously.Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.Required: PMP Certification (Mandatory)Preferred: PgMP Certification (Plus to have)
