Job Description

We are hiring: Senior Programmatic Ad Operations Manager (SSP & OpenRTB Integrations) – RemoteAntipodes is looking for a Senior Programmatic Ad Operations Manager to join our Operations team and lead programmatic integrations across our supply and demand infrastructure.This is a highly technical AdOps role focused on onboarding, managing and troubleshooting integrations with major programmatic platforms and exchanges. You will work closely with our engineering and commercial teams to ensure inventory is properly integrated, optimized and monetized across multiple partners.Key Responsibilities:• Implement and manage integrations with programmatic partners such as Criteo, InMobi, OpenX, FreeWheel, Microsoft, Pubmatic, Sovrn and other demand platforms• Configure and troubleshoot OpenRTB and VAST integrations across web, mobile app and CTV environments• Validate bid requests, VAST responses and metadata to ensure correct demand participation• Debug programmatic integrations including macros, device signals, content metadata and privacy parameters• Monitor performance metrics such as bid requests, bid responses, win rates, fill rates and revenue• Work closely with engineering teams to improve programmatic infrastructure and auction performance• Ensure correct implementation of privacy frameworks such as GDPR, US Privacy and COPPA• Identify technical issues affecting monetization and work proactively with partners to resolve themRequirements:• 3+ years of experience in Programmatic Ad Operations or Technical AdOps• Strong understanding of OpenRTB, VAST and programmatic auction dynamics• Experience integrating SSPs, DSPs or ad exchanges• Experience working with CTV, mobile app or web programmatic inventory• Ability to debug ad requests, macros and metadata signals• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Fluent EnglishNice to have:• Experience working with SSP infrastructure or supply-side platforms• Knowledge of sellers.json, ads.txt and supply chain transparency• Experience with header bidding or Prebid• Experience working with CTV programmatic environmentsWhat we offer:• Remote position• Opportunity to work on a fast-growing programmatic advertising infrastructure• Direct exposure to global SSPs, DSPs and premium CTV inventory• Competitive salary based on experience
