You’ll drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while managing change and ensuring successful outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end programme delivery – planning, resourcing, and execution.Lead internal and external customer-facing boards, representing NEC at senior levels.Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams.Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery.Drive commercial success – oversee P&L, forecasting, billing, and change control.Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.Navigate contracts and governance with commercial acumen.QualificationsWhat you will bring:Proven experience in complex IT service delivery and programme management.Strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.Track record of delivering cloud/hosted infrastructure programmes.Commercial savvy with P&L ownership and contract negotiation skills.Excellent communication, influencing, and client-facing skills.Familiarity with programme management methodologies and tools.Additional InformationBenefitsWe pride ourselves in offering an excellent benefits package, including an above average pension scheme.
