It’s a supportive environment where you’ll have the space and encouragement to grow your skills and career.About the RoleAs Project Coordinator, you’ll be the link that keeps everything moving — connecting design, project management, and delivery teams to make sure projects run smoothly from concept to completion.You’ll thrive on organisation and clarity, supporting the team in managing timelines, budgets, and communications across high-spec retail and hospitality projects.This role suits someone who understands the rhythm of design and construction, enjoys structure, and finds satisfaction in helping creative work come to life seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project information flow across teams, clients, and suppliers.Support Project Managers with planning, compliance, procurement, and budget tracking.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to aid decision-making.Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and site logistics.Monitor schedules and budgets, flagging risks and finding solutions early.Keep project management systems accurate and up to date.RequirementsAt least 2 years’ experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within architecture, interior design, or construction.Strong communicator with excellent organisation and time management.Detail-focused, proactive, and calm under pressure.Confident working independently and collaboratively in a busy creative studio.Career DevelopmentThis is a great stepping stone to Project Manager level.
