Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job DescriptionParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centre to join our team!In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical, hyperscale data center project on a fast-track schedule. The program involves complex engineering, high utility demand, multiple contractor and consultant packages, and targets Uptime Institute Tier III/IV certification. This flagship development requires exceptional leadership and stakeholder coordination.What You’ll Be DoingProvide strategic leadership and direction across all project phases.Manage a multi-package delivery model involving EPCs, design consultants, and specialist contractors.Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV standards and client-specific technical requirements.Oversee project controls, risk management, and governance reporting.Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal leadership.Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost KPIs.Support value engineering, change management, and claims resolution.Ensure readiness for commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational handover.What Required Skills You’ll Bring20+ years in project and program management, with at least 10 years in mission-critical or data center environments.Proven delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects.Strong understanding of MEP systems, utility coordination, commissioning, and Tier certification processes.Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
