Our production plants, spread all over the world, produce components every day for major OEMs in the industry. Our products are used for: washing machines and dryers, dishwashers, kitchen appliances, refrigeration appliances, HORECA equipment, vending machines and hydraulic groups. We are constantly working closely with our customers to create customized solutions that meet their specific needs.About the Role:Graduated from related engineering departments (preferably Mechanical/Electric and Electronics Engineering),Minimum 3 years project management, new product launch experiences in a similar position,Strong communication skills, ability to express ideas clearly both verbal and written in English,Technical problem solving skills like analysis, research, communication, active listening and decision making,Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel),Experience in 3D CAD software is a plus,Willingness for occasional travel domestic and abroad,No military obligation for male candidates,Have driving license.Main Responsibilities:Ability to work independently and maintain multiple projects and timing plans in parallel,Responsible for understanding customer expectations in terms of products and application in the production,Be in contact with Technical Design Centers and Customers,Identifying all new process and material needs in support of product change and new product introduction,Coordinating the resources assigned to the project by including relevant areas of the company, to define in detail the project plan,Detect areas of the risk in the project plan for management and monitoring of these organizational and technical solutions to offer,Publishing all changes in a timely manner to all concerned,Engineering Change Implementation Leading activities in plant,Coordination of Prototype and pre-serial phase of productions in the plant, in line with customer planning,Coordination of Bill of Material Preparation Activities in ERP System,Part of the PFMEA, Equipment Design, Problem Solving Activities, APQP and productivity improvement teams,Project & Activity budget and source creation including all cost items, management approval of this budget and reporting after closure,Weekly project & activity update report to Management.Who we are looking for: We are looking for a “Senior Project Engineer” for our developing and growing organization in Manisa.How to be successful in the role and at Bitron:We are always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who share our values and are ready to embrace new challenges with one goal in mind: building the world of tomorrow.
