Senior Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and obtain needed approvals on Project Documentation to ensureadherence to SAR Project Management Methodologies,Ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned with approvedbusiness case by aligning with related entities,Provide input on scope, budget and execution timeline,Coordinates the project execution strategy based on the prescribedspecifications and project design, ensuring balance between the immediateproject needs and the long-term goals of the department,Identifies current and potential risks in the project to plan and ensuremitigation by initiating timely preventive action to avoid project delays,Assesses the projects against schedules, budgets, and objectives,reporting status to management on a regular basis and highlightingvariations from schedule or budget, if any,Identifies project scope changes and plan changes and communicates thesame to all concerned parties,Handles all documentation related to projects and contracts and ensuresthese are regularly updated,Identifies measures to improve operational efficiency by staying updated ontrends within the market and industry,Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives,Provide guidance, support, and direction to team membersQualificationsBachelor's Degree of Engineering or equivalent experiencePMP or Equivalent.ExperinceA Minimume of 5 Years of Experince in Project Management.
