This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables to business strategy, and driving measurable operational improvements across global teams in a Follow the Sun model. The Senior Project Lead is able to effectively deliver end to end project management and guide Project Leads and Project Managers on their projects / missions.Region: MalaysiaWorking hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PMWhat will you do?Deliver Projects End-to-End Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Manage Stakeholders & GovernanceBuild strong relationships with senior leadership, clients, regulators, and internal teams; provide project updates and governance reports; support steering committees.Lead Change ManagementDrive organizational change initiatives, including training, communications, and process adoption; ensure a smooth transition from project to business-as-usual (BAU).Align Operations & TechnologyCollaborate with IT, Operations, and other functions / teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs, including system testing, data migration, and cutovers.Ensure Compliance & Risk ManagementMeet all relevant compliance, legal, and risk standards; partner with compliance teams for jurisdiction-specific requirements.ComplémentWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. Domain expertise in asset servicing, custody, fund administration, or banking operation will be highly advantageous.Successful leadership track record in delivering high-impact/high dollar value projects across global and diverse stakeholders.Strong team leadership and people management skills.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone, regulated environment.Adaptability in shifting priorities and managing deadlines.High integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit.Ability to align project outcomes with strategic business objectives.5-8 years in project management, preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint).Company CACEISCACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole dedicated to asset managers and institutional investors.
