You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-value outcomes in alignment with client priorities.You will work directly within the client environment, leading initiatives such as:Target Operating Model redesignFront-to-back platform migration or integrationBusiness analysis and client requirements specificationData management and reporting transformationBusiness process optimization and automation Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery within client environments, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are metUnderstand client business models and challenges to define clear project scopes and roadmapsCoordinate internal and client-side teams (business, IT, compliance, operations)Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insightsIdentify project risks and proactively manage mitigation plansContribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing within TheFinTouchQualifications7+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in asset or wealth management environmentsProven experience working with or for private banks, asset managers, or financial software providersStrong knowledge of asset management processes, including front-to-back operations, client onboarding, portfolio management, regulatory landscape, and data/reporting requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both business and technical)Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); German is a plusPMP or Agile certifications are a plus Additional InformationWhat We OfferThe opportunity to shape transformation projects for top-tier clients in the financial sectorA high degree of autonomy and responsibility in your roleA dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation and pragmatism go hand in handFlexibility in work location and rhythmCompetitive compensation and growth potential
