Extensive experience in the buildings sector, with a focus on large-scale residential projects. Strong JCT contract administration expertise and a proven track record managing complex, high-value schemes (NEC experience preferable but not essential). Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balancing client needs and project priorities. Digital-first mindset with proficiency in project management software. You�ll thrive in a client-facing consultancy role, bringing a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every project. Based in Manchester, you�ll also travel to project sites as required.Your Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Project Manager, You�llLead all project phases � from inception to completion � with a focus on large-scale residential schemes.
