Your base will be either at our headquarters in Ballerup, surrounded by the beautiful Pederstrup area, or at our Innovation Centre in Augsburg, located in the new Technology area.We’re looking for someone who combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on project management experience. You’ll play a key role in driving product development from early concept and scoping all the way through execution and market launch. If you’ve led R&D initiatives in Class II medical devices, we’d love to hear from you, your expertise will be highly valued in shaping impactful solutions for patients and clinicians alike.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a (Senior) Project Manager, you will:Lead new development projects from early scoping through development, production setup, and product registrations, following the product to market introductionCollaborate closely with Global Marketing and Clinical departments to ensure customer needs are integrated into the designHead a cross-functional international team through all development stages, following Ambu's innovation processMature new technologies to deliver advanced and innovative solutions, ensuring high quality and complianceAdditional responsibilities include:Establishing a motivating and collaborative working environment in a global project teamMaintaining close collaboration with globally based stakeholders, especially with the Solution Steering Committee, to align on resources, timelines, budgets, and strategiesSetting direction and tracking project budgets and progressParticipating in prototype builds and following tests and interviews with users and stakeholdersBeing part of the Solutions Team, sharing and supporting best practices and lessons learnedSuggested candidate profileSkills and experiences can be earned in many ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper.
