We know that the right employees are the key to our success, so we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team for 6 months to help us achieve our vision.Employment type – Contract (6 months)Work mode: Hybrid (Kingston, Jamaica)PurposeLead cross-team programmes (agile and waterfall) to land strategic change on time, on budget, and with measurable benefits for customers and the business.Responsibilities Integrate plans, milestones and dependencies across projects; run Scrum of Scrums to align teams and remove conflicts.Track scope, schedule, cost, risks and benefits; escalate issues early and drive mitigations to closure.Manage stakeholder expectations; provide clear updates on status, risks, decisions and next steps.Allocate and optimise resources based on priorities and constraints; uphold delivery and quality standards.Produce accurate reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership; maintain core project artefacts (plans, RAID, budgets).RequirementsUniversity degree in a relevant field; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent is an advantage.Proven success managing complex, multi-team deliveries using both Agile and waterfall.Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills; confident with executive stakeholders.Advanced use of project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira/ADO) and data-driven decision making.How to applyPlease submit your application via email to careers@bcicjamaica.com, with the subject line “Senior Project Manager” no later than Friday, October 31, 2025We appreciate your decision to apply; however, we will only contact those who are selected for an interview.
