Discover more at www.medidata.com and follow us @medidata.About The TeamThe Project Management Function is responsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day to day activities and to ensure that Medidata is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Medidata resources.Responsibilities:Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall relationship management of client accounts and day to day activities and is responsible to ensure that Medidata is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective management of Medidata resources.Management of one or more larger more complex projects with a focus on delivery of the scope on time, within budget and with a high-quality outcomeProvide Program Level support for one or more clientsProvide financial management activities for one or more project budgets as well as preparation and execution of Statements of Works and Change OrdersProvide input to Professional Services ProposalsMaintain appropriate project/client documentation within e-binders for one or more projects/clientsMaintain high client satisfaction by providing proactive communication and issue managementProvide guidance and consulting to clients around the best use of the Medidata ApplicationsSupport the activities that will result in the expanded use of the Medidata Applications and ServicesDevelop client relationship as “trusted advisor” role through effective proactive project managementIs Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least 3 Medidata Applications through the delivery of workshops and other consultancy activitiesManage assigned project resourcesAssure compliance with Medidata’s standard project management methodologies and Medidata SOPs and mentors other project resourcesActively mentor newer Project Managers in effective Project Management MethodologyProvide mentorship and guidance to all assigned project membersQualifications:4-year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus) preferredMinimum of 6 years’ experience in clinical/biomedical and/ or software development environment preferredExperience with the MS Office suite and/or other current software technologiesExperience with creating and delivering presentationsExperience in leading project teams and meeting project timelinesDemonstrate strong computer skillsDemonstrate a track record of working independently in an advisory capacityAbility to anticipate and mitigate complex issue and risks thus minimizing escalationAbility to mentor other team members and serve as a team leaderAbility to identify and suggest improvements which increase the value proposition for Medidata and the clientKnowledge of Medidata (or similar) products commensurate with requirements of the specific rolePossess a solid understanding of clinical research (pharma/device/biotech) and of clinical research SaaS technologyDemonstrate strong verbal/written communication and organizational skillsExhibit time management skills along with strong collaboration and teamworkInclusion statementAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
