Senior Project Manager

Hive Modular is building the future of housing. We design and manufacture high-end, steel-framed modular homes in our factory and install them on-site across the Philippines. Our mission is to bring world-class architecture, precision engineering, and rapid installation to a market long constrained by traditional construction. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring clarity, coordination, and leadership across our rapidly growing organization.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will serve as the central link between production operations, design & product development, and field operations. This role is critical to ensuring that our factory builds, design changes, procurement activities, and site installations move forward seamlessly and on time.You will:Oversee day-to-day project coordination from design handoff through factory production and on-site installation.Serve as the primary liaison between our factory team, design team, and site operations to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.Coordinate procurement activities and supervise our Procurement Specialist to ensure materials are sourced efficiently and delivered on schedule.Manage project timelines, risks, and milestones, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive problem-solving.Support field teams during site visits, installation activities, and client coordination when required.Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who has:Strong command of both Filipino and English (written and verbal).Experience in construction project management (preferred), or experience in technical program/project management in a related field.A background in architecture, engineering, construction management, or similar technical discipline.Ability to work comfortably across multiple environments: office, factory floor, and on-site as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several moving pieces at once.A willingness to learn modular construction processes and contribute to continuous improvement across teams.Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and coordinate diverse teams.Bonus: Experience in the hospitality construction industry (resorts, villas, vacation properties, or similar).Why Join Hive Modular?Be part of a company redefining how homes are built in the Philippines.Work with a diverse, multinational team driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and quality.Contribute to a product that blends architecture, engineering, and manufacturing.Opportunities for career growth as we scale locally and internationally.
