Technology Project Manager

The Technology Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget, meeting objectives and achieving desired results.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects on time and within budget.• Facilitate the development and acceptance of project objectives and business case.• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals and requirements.• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, risks, and quality management.Communication and Reporting• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders throughan effective communication strategy.• Communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and escalate when appropriate.• Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals and track resource hours used.Resource Management• Identify and mobilize required resources, ensuring expectations are clear and metwithin project constraints.• Manage resources efficiently to ensure budget and project plan objectives are met.• Identify the need for additional staff or consultants and recommend to the PM.Job Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business,Commerce, or related course.• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex IT environment.• Understanding of project management principles.• Ability to develop budgets and manage financial, physical, and human resources.• Knowledge of technology and information systems.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work setup).Jollibee Foods Corporation is the hiring entity for this requisition.
