Job Title: Senior Project Manager - SustainabilityInside IR35Day Rate: £400Location: DartfordWork Option: Hybrid (3 days from Office & 2 Days Work from Home)Contract Term: 6 Months initially with possible extensionStart Date: Immediate Note: ·      Candidate should have a valid “Right to Work” in UK and no sponsorship is offered. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager. You will lead a technology-driven project to improve how a UK-based construction company collects, assesses, and reports on their suppliers’ emissions. You will apply agile methodologies to guide a technical and functional team to develop an application to gather supplier data and emission factors, assess and improve processes to gather supplier data, and launch reports and dashboards that provide deeper insights into the company’s supply chain emissions.  Responsibilities:·      Manage end-to-end delivery of sustainability and scope 3 emissions project using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).·      Develop project charters, sprint plans, and delivery of roadmaps ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost targets.·      Facilitate stakeholder meetings in-person with the client to assess their supplier practices, identify and map current processes, and gather recommendations for future state.·      Understand and provide recommendations on supplier sustainability standards, including carbon reduction and social impact requirements.·      Drive Scope 3 emissions tracking and reporting across suppliers.·      Oversee development of sustainability applications to gather supply chain data, run calculations, and provide reporting.·      Partner with tech teams to integrate sustainability features into application development, understand scope 3 emissions calculations, and GHG protocols.·      Act as the liaison between clients and internal team members to align sustainability objectives with business outcomes.·      Conduct regular cadence meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Required Skills & Experience·      Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in project management with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).·      Strong understanding of supply chain sustainability, ESG frameworks, GHG inventory practices, and regulatory compliance.·      Familiarity with sustainability tech platforms a plus (e.g., Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, ESG Value Chain tools).·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.·      Ability to analyse sustainability data and drive actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications·      Understanding of agile methodologies and project management (PMP·      Background in sustainability consulting and supply chain transformation.·      Knowledge of carbon accounting, supplier performance management, and lifecycle assessments.
