The ideal candidate should have a detailed understanding of software development methodologies, excellent team management skills, and the ability to track and control project scope, time, and budget to ensure the successful delivery of our software projects. Responsibilities Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Monitor Progress: Track project progress, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the efforts of the software development team. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Risk Management: Identify, address, and resolve issues and risks that may affect the project. Compliance: Ensure projects comply with best practices and standards. Post-Project Review: Conduct reviews to identify areas for improvement in future projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 10+ Years of experience in project management Technical Skills: Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Certifications: PMP certification is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Leadership: Effective leadership and team management skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
