About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-value, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery. In this role, you will oversee robotics and manufacturing-related projects, ensuring they meet operational, financial, and strategic goals. You will manage diverse teams spanning engineering, logistics, supply chain, and production, while coordinating closely with global suppliers and partners to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes. As a cultural and operational bridge between Europe, the US, and Asia, you will foster strong collaboration, drive process integration at production sites, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your leadership will be key to building high-performing teams, navigating complex challenges, and delivering impactful results.Your ResponsibilitiesLead complex projects with budgets exceeding €1M, from planning through to successful implementationEnsure alignment of project goals with operational, financial, and strategic objectivesManage cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, supply chain, and productionCoordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and quality deliveries.Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsBuild and lead a high-performing project and operations team on-siteMonitor progress at production sites and ensure seamless integration of new processes or productsCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders in English, German, and ideally Chinese (Mandarin)Serve as a cultural and operational bridge between international teams, partners, and suppliers, particularly in Europe, the US, and AsiaPrepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and updates to senior leadershipEssential SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field7+ years of experience managing production or operations-related projectsProven track record leading projects with budgets over €1MExperience building teams and managing onsite production or assembly activitiesStrong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skillsExcellent stakeholder management and multicultural communication skillsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems)Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plusFluency in English and German is requiredMandarin Chinese is a strong advantageWhat we offerA dynamic, highly qualified, and diverse team in which your contributions are reflected directly in our products and used by our international customer baseFlat hierarchies and short decision-making processesExciting and varying tasks for our product portfolioExcellent working environment, modern office space, and flexible working hours with the option of mobile workingApply for this jobAbout UsAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
