We also strive to, generally, crush it. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for one of our key accounts in the Jewish non-profit space, responsible for owning outcomes, not just managing tasks, and ensuring that mllnnl consistently delivers high-impact, best-in-class marketing work. The role requires a hyper-organized big thinker, extensive project management experience, a native understanding of digital / social, and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment with meticulous attention to detail. You thrive in connecting strategy to execution, anticipate roadblocks before they happen, and take full ownership in moving projects across the finish line. For the right person, this would be the dream. Now, we just need to find them! Responsibilities: Lead and own multiple projects: from initiation to delivery, with clear accountability for achieving agreed outcomes. Prioritize and manage a high volume of detailed projects: balancing urgency and importance to move the needle for the client and agency. Partner with the creative team and media manager in all aspects of project development to ensure cohesive project development, incorporating creative elements and media strategy. Proactively allocate resources and set priorities so the team operates with focus, efficiency, and clarity. Schedule and lead meetings with internal teams and partners to discuss project status, updates, needs, and next steps. Actively contributes to or leads strategic discussions to align project goals with overall marketing objectives. Write and lead clear and comprehensive creative briefs that guide the creative team in their work and process based on internal and external strategic discussions. Continuously look for ways to improve team workflows and increase project efficiency. Stays current with industry knowledge and trends, staying informed about the digital/social landscape. Own internal workflows and actively track project progress using management tools to ensure on-process, on-time delivery. Serve as primary day-to-day client communicator for project status, deliverables, and recaps. Prepare agendas, capture notes, and circulate clear next steps and deadlines for internal and client meetings. Qualifications You are a driven, entrepreneurial-minded, high achiever with at least 5 years of experience in an industry relevant project management role, with client service experience You are versed in digital / social / performance marketing, and love to learn You have a working understanding of analytics and performance marketing / paid social You are reliable, genuine and operate with high integrity in all decisions You are extremely organized, with attention to detail and time management skills You flourish when working within a team and are great with people You are an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing You are persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback You are flexible, open-minded, growth-oriented, and an exceptional problem solver You are resilient and positive in difficult situations You are able to juggle and arbitrage multiple client requests and priorities You are self-aware, knowing when to lead, when to collaborate, and how to leverage both hard and soft skills to maximize project success You love learning, value expertise, and want to really believe in the work you do Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000, depending upon experience
