About the roleThe Senior Project Manager leads the successful delivery of complex and cross-functional initiatives within the firm’s strategic portfolio. This role is accountable for achieving agreed outcomes on time, within budget and to scope, while ensuring that projects are aligned to business strategy and deliver measurable benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects from Discovery through to CloseDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers; maintain delivery discipline through regular tracking and reportingEngage and manage stakeholders across multiple functions (IT, Finance, HR, BD, Legal Ops etc.) ensuring effective collaboration and communicationDrive project governance, ensuring alignment with the PMO framework and escalation protocolsManage project resources, vendors and dependencies to achieve deliverables and mitigate risksFacilitate decision-making through structured reporting and presentation of options, impacts and recommendationsOversee change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption supportChampion continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned and best practiceRequirements7 + years’ experience in project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments (professional services or legal sector preferred)Demonstrated success in delivering cross-functional or technology-enabled change projectsStrong leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilitiesFamiliarity with structured project management and change frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, APMG Change)Skilled in using collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI)Financial and vendor management experienceConfident communicator with strong influencing skillsStrategic mindset balanced with hands-on delivery focusComfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity and momentumCommitted to collaboration, transparency and delivering measurable value
