Job Description

Seeking experienced Project Managers to lead Factory Automation projects for semiconductor clients in the US and Japan. The ideal candidate will bridge global engineering teams and local manufacturing customers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.Based in Osaka, Japan, and travel to the USKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Factory Automation projects, from design through commissioning and support.Coordinate between Japanese clients, local vendors, and international engineering teams.Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and customer presentations in both Japanese and English.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.QualificationsFluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and proficient in English communication.5+ years of experience managing Factory Automation or Industrial Equipment projects.Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, PLCs, robotics, and process automation.Proven experience interfacing with Japanese customers and suppliers.PMP or other project management certification.Experience working in cross-cultural or multinational teams.Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and systems integrationBachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or a related field preferred.
