We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our professional services team in Perth.The successful Senior Project Manager will have experience and exposure to construction industry/new build along with IT infrastructure experience.. You don’t need to have managed construction of an actual building but have exposure and understanding of challenges in new build works, implications to other activities and understanding of new build activities.Your day at NTTLeading and directing multiple projects concurrently, managing delivery, scope control and change managementProviding pre-sales support by working with sales teams to scope and cost project solutions, including completing proposals Ensuring that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time – all whilst maintaining quality and client satisfaction! Acting as a people and functional manager, and enabling project teams to deliver against their performance objectives To successfully deliver this project you will need:Strong background working within a construction environmentPrior experience in an outsourced or services based environmentStrong IT infrastructure experienceFocus on governance and financial management - you have delivered profitable projects, and understand the concepts of a P&L. Prior exposure to project pricing/costing is preferred.Excellent client engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.Proven ability to deliver in complex, high pressure environmentsHigh level written communications and reporting abilitiesDemonstrated team leadership and motivation abilitiesRelevant Project Management Qualification or Certification (Prince2, PMP, AIPM or equivalent)Valid Australian working rights
