Senior Technical Project Manager – Scientific Data & AI | ViennaA fast-scaling AI healthtech company, backed by top-tier investors and partnering with leading global biopharma organisations, is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a mission-critical scientific data transformation programme onsite with a major pharma partner in Vienna.You will own delivery end-to-end — from discovery through implementation to production — driving multiple concurrent workstreams across engineering, data, AI, and product teams. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a cross-functional squad of 10, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.We’re looking for someone with:Proven experience delivering complex technical or scientific programmes with multiple parallel workstreamsBackground in biopharma, life sciences, or regulated environments - essential domain knowledge requiredStrong Agile delivery expertise and stakeholder leadership skills Ability to navigate organisational complexity, influence and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience across cloud, data platforms, or AI/ML deploymentsHighly desirable: Familiarity with drug discovery, scientific instrument ecosystems, or R&D data environmentsExperience leveraging AI/ML to drive scientific or operational outcomesKnowledge of GxP frameworks (GMP, GLP) or regulated IT/digital transformation programmesFormal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)📍 Onsite in Vienna (4–5 days/week) 💼 Highly competitive packageIdeal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced Pharma/Biotech and wants to shape a first-of-its-kind programme at the intersection of science, data, and AI.
