It also provides significant potential to grow into a senior, strategic leadership position.Responsibilities:Lead multiple large-scale infrastructure and EPC projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently achieved.Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and deliverables to drive operational excellence.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and project teams across all project phases, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on collaboration and accountability.Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, communication, and continuous improvement.Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and communication throughout project lifecycles.Contribute to strategic project planning and process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance.Take initiative in mentoring and guiding junior team members - someone the team can look up to as a trusted leader and role model.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.Provide technical and operational insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.Support and reinforce a strong, positive, and high-energy team culture built around accountability, respect, and performance.Qualifications:5+ years of progressive project management experience within the construction or EPC industry (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).Strong knowledge of contracts, budgets, and project controls.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive results across a lean, efficient team.Hands-on approach to management – willing to “get in the weeds” when needed.Experience with Procore is considered an asset.PMP certification is preferred.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Who You Are:A true A-player - someone who leads by example and raises the bar for those around them.A self-starter who can work independently, think critically, and execute effectively without close supervision.A solution-driven professional who focuses on client success and positive outcomes.Committed to professional growth - someone who takes their career seriously and is eager to advance into a Director-level role.Someone who cares about the brand, the team, and the quality of work.A strong cultural fit who values integrity, teamwork, and results.What We Can Offer You:Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000+ CAD (depending on experience)Performance Bonus (Variable based on company and personal performance)Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental, RRSP matching, and 3 weeks of vacationWork Arrangement: Fully remote, with occasional travel for team meetings or client needsHow to Apply: Apply directly through this posting or email your resume to admin@sitetalent.caAbout SiteTalent:We are a specialized growth and talent partner for the industrial sector.
