Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionYou will guide the successful finalization of a major CAPEX project, acting as a key link between engineering, operations, and senior leadership. In this role, you’ll provide strategic and technical direction to the Senior Leadership Team on timing, milestones, and resource planning. A strong focus will be placed on leading the commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) of a new aseptic filling line, ensuring a seamless transition from project phase to operations within budget and timelines.About The CustomerStart: ASAPDuration: Until 31.08.2026Workload: 100%Location: NeuchâtelCompetencesDegree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field15+ years of project/operational management experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industryProven track record leading CAPEX projects, including ER and PPQ phases in aseptic filling (biologics preferred)10+ years of people or matrix management experience in global, cross-functional environmentsStrong knowledge of cGxP, aseptic filling processes, and commercial filling line operationsSkilled in project planning, risk management, budget control, and reporting (Gantt, forecasts, KPIs)Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage changeProject Management certification (PMP, Prince2, SCPM, or equivalent) requiredFluent in English and French
