Job PurposeTo support the PMO in executing Project and Portfolio Management functions, in line with the ABA Project Management Framework and the Terms of Reference of the IT & Digital Banking Development Committee as well as involving in managing the time, scope, cost and quality constraints, communication and coordination between stakeholders (including C-levels), monitoring and reporting to the steering committee while ensuring that all initiatives align with the bank’s goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.LocationHead Office, Phnom Penh: 1 PostDuties and ResponsibilitiesIT Project Management:Help PMs prepare draft proposals for new initiatives to the ITDDC:1- Create and track initiatives in JIRA using boards, epics and dashboards.2- Track costs against approved projects.3- Ensure completion of required project documentation in Confluence.4- Ensure that project deliverables are logged in our service management system.5- Register Project Assets and Deliverables in our service management system as required.Govern projects by guiding Project Managers to meet the minimum standards and controls for projects including (but not limited to) resource planning, risk and issue management and reporting.Link and update all agreements and systems to their project in the JSM system.Prepare project closure reports to submit to relevant governance committees as required with total expenses (actuals) of project and register project assets in our system.Assist the PMO to meet commitments as required.IT Project Monitoring:Collect the project bi-weekly/monthly from all Project Managers, prepare project reports with their issues (Budget and timeframe overruns) and submit to PMO for reviews.Advise product and project managers on change management and monitoring and report to the Steering Committee for periodically.Perform other tasks as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance and Banking, Management and/or other related fields.Minimum one years of experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field preferred.Ability to understand Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence and Project Audit is preferred.Ability to understand of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum preferred.Ability to understand the Bank’s IT system or project.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
