Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams, property owners, contractors, and local authorities. Supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs, standards, and deadlines. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans. Serve as the key contact point for all expansion-related matters, maintaining strong communication and alignment between internal management and external stakeholders. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all project documentation—permits, contracts, reports—to support transparent decision-making and regulatory compliance. Evaluate post-opening project performance and recommend improvements for future site rollout and efficiency. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site management, construction project coordination, or related roles — preferably within the retail or commercial real estate industry Strong understanding of urban landscape, zoning regulations, and permit processes, with beneficial local connections Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements
