Senior Public Relations Executive

🎯 Position Objective:Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with clients.Collaborate across departments to ensure the success of projects.🏆 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Management Ensure project execution on time, on budget, and with expected outcomes. Contribute innovative ideas to improve work efficiency and project management. Apply new tools and technologies to enhance work processes.2. Sales & Client Service Identify and develop a database of new potential clients.Professionally prepare and conduct commercial meetings with clients. Present and introduce company services to prospective clients. Maintain long-term client and partner relationships to achieve business goals.3. Media Relations & PR Content Keep media databases updated with the latest industry insights. Successfully pitch PR content, articles, and posts to media outlets. Plan and execute content schedules for PR & Social campaigns. Manage media risks and crisis communication effectively.REQUIREMENTS:🔹 Experience & Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, Communications, Social, or IMC industries. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.Ability to craft compelling PR & social content and develop media strategies.Familiarity with PR platforms, media relations, and digital trends.🔹 Personality Traits: Open-minded, energetic, and adaptable to change.
