Lucid PR is a collective of long-time industry publicists. Our focus is on personal and film/TV publicity.We are seeking an experienced, highly connected Personal Publicist to manage and elevate the public profile of actors, filmmakers, musicians, and various entertainment professionals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has exceptional media relationships, and can strategically guide clients across press, events, partnerships, and digital presence. Must have personal PR experience.The position will start on February 1, 2026.What We OfferA competitive salary package commensurate with experience.A generous annual bonus + health benefits.Fully remote with the option of paid office space, should you prefer.A collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, innovation, and professional growth.The chance to directly shape and elevate the public profile of a high-visibility entertainment figure.Long-term career development and opportunities to expand your network within the entertainment and media landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive publicity and communications strategy to grow and protect the client’s public image.Pitch and secure coverage in top-tier entertainment, lifestyle, digital, and broadcast outlets.Coordinate interviews, magazine features, red carpet appearances, podcasts, panels, and speaking engagements.Draft and manage press materials, including bios, media alerts, talking points, statements, and press releases.Oversee crisis communications, reputation management, and sensitive media interactions.Manage press logistics for events, premieres, award shows, and branded partnerships.Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, producers, photographers, and event organizers.Monitor press coverage, track analytics, and provide reporting and insights.Collaborate with agents, managers, lawyers, stylists, and brand teams to ensure message consistency.Support social media strategy and content alignment with overall publicity goals.Qualifications5+ years of experience in entertainment publicity, talent PR, or personal publicity.Strong relationships with entertainment, lifestyle, and digital media outlets.Proven track record securing high-impact placements for talent.Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Strong judgment and discretion; able to handle confidential information.Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting schedules.Experience navigating red carpets, premieres, press junkets, and awards circuits.Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field preferred.What We’re Looking ForA strategic storyteller with an instinct for shaping narratives.A relationship-builder who can open doors and maintain trust.Someone comfortable advising talent at the highest level.A calm, poised professional who excels under pressure.How to ApplyPlease apply via LinkedIn or send your resume and any relevant information to info@lucid-pr.com
