Senior Purchasing Specialist - KSA

Position: Senior Purchasing SpecialistLocation: Riyadh - Saudi ArabiaSalary Range: 6000 - 7000 SARWe are hiring a Senior Purchasing Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector. This role is critical to managing the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and alignment with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and subcontractors.• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.• Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.• Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, pricing, and availability.• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to plan material needs.• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.• Prepare procurement reports and manage procurement-related documentation.• Oversee inventory levels and support inventory control initiatives.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and supply chain best practices.• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo) and MS Office.• Language: English and Arabic.
