FinanceCreating the future – Your tasks in our teamStrategic Procurement (Direct & Indirect)Develop and implement procurement strategies covering both direct (steel fabrication, components, building materials) and indirect purchases (services, consumables, equipment, etc.).Ensure alignment of procurement plans with project requirements, production schedules, and company objectives.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings and value creation.Supplier Development and Relationship ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for steel, fabrication, and construction materials.Conduct supplier audits, technical assessments, and compliance checks (quality, capacity, certifications, financial stability).Establish a qualified and diversified supplier base to mitigate supply chain risks.Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.Drive supplier performance management through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, sustainability).Procurement Operations & Compliance.Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQs, bid analysis, supplier contract discussions, and purchase order execution.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.Implement procurement systems, digital tools, and reporting mechanisms for visibility and control.Team Management & Development.
