Senior QA Architect

We are seeking a Senior QA Architect to join our elite team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards of our large-scale consumer product. As a senior QA Architect, you will define and drive quality strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of software quality.In this role, you will develop and maintain high-quality work procedures, orchestrate both manual and automated testing, and lead the team in pursuing continuous quality improvement. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and QA team—from requirements gathering through release, including bug management and observability.Responsibilities:Lead quality efforts across multiple interfaces with a proactive, assertive approach, serving as the key point of contact for all quality-related mattersDefine, implement, and manage QA processes, promoting a quality-driven culture and managing the quality backlogSet the overall testing strategy and tooling stack for integration, regression testingChampion an automation-first mindset—collaborating with developers to ensure code is testable and observableConduct root cause analysis for escaped bugs and define corrective actions for continuous improvementTrack CI quality metrics and dashboards (e.g., build stability, test flakiness, regression coverage)Guide decisions regarding test environments, mocks, test data, and production parityCollaborate with centralized quality groups to ensure end-to-end test coverageRequirements:7+ years of experience in QA roles, including hands-on automation experienceProven experience building QA practices for large-scale B2C systemsProven experience leading testing on mobile application Familiarity with CI/CD pipelinesProven debug skills on system level (Crashlyticks, ELK, QM, Android Studio)Experience building automated testing gates in CI/CDStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple integrations and with external stakeholdersProven experience with AI technologies to improve testing life cycle - strong advantageBackground or experience in software development or test leadership - advantageousWe are hiring for various positions within the company, with some roles offered through outsourcing.
