Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality web applications for our international clients. This role offers an opportunity to lead QA efforts, collaborate closely with developers, and implement best practices to enhance software performance and reliability.Location:  Kalikasthan, kathmanduResponsibilities of the Candidate:Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts compatible with our stack (Laravel + Vue, Laravel API, Next.js, and React).Conduct comprehensive testing across API, frontend, and backend layers to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.Collaborate with a 10-member development team and mentor a mid-level QA engineer.Implement and optimize CI/CD best practices within existing workflows.Prepare and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and process reports.Research and integrate the latest QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve testing efficiency.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in QA automation with proven expertise in both frontend and backend testing.Proficient with automation tools such as Selenium, Jest, or Cypress.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and tools.Skilled in preparing comprehensive test documentation (plans, cases, and reports).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with performance and security testing.Understanding of modern CI/CD practices and tools.Required skillsSeleniumAutomated testingCypressQuality assurance (qaTo apply: please send your updated resume to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process.
